Slytherin Common Room For those who are cunning and pure-blooded. The Common Room is hidden deep within the maze of Hogwart's Dungeons. It is done up in green and silver, with a good amount of green plush armchairs and one large overstuffed couch. The fire is always lite in the large stone fireplace, it casts a dim light upon the room which makes it seem a little eerie. There is only one window complete with a large sill, it overlooks the dark depths of the lake. It is stuck in a far shadowy and curtained corner of the Common Room so it's exsistance isn't widely known. A oak door sits on the far side of the room when you walk in, this leads you to the Head of House office. |

These mixtures must usually be drunk to give their magical effect. The ingredients in potions range from the mundane to the bizarre and fantastic, and the procedures for creating some potions can be complicated and time-consuming. |
